What to expect when placing an order

All orders are processed on our secure server. You simply select the items you require and add them to your basket. If you have registered an email with us, you will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order. If any of your items are unavailable we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible so you may choose alternatives.

Deliveries

Deliveries to the Western Cape area are a flat rate of only R60.

Deliveries elsewhere in South Africa are a flat rate of only R160.

Deliveries are to South African areas only. Should you reside elsewhere, please contact us directly.

Returns and Refunds

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below.

Please inform us by email of any item you wish to return within 5 days of taking delivery. Returns must be made within 28 days of taking delivery. All items must be returned with all outer packaging and labels intact and be in the exact condition in which they were received. Please include a copy of your invoice with all returns. Please note on the invoice the reason for return and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.
